I have to admit that sometimes, it gets a bit &quot;old&quot; hearing the same message over and over, but at the same time, it&#039;s refreshing to know that the management is not being distracted and expects the &quot;worker bees&quot; to follow their example.  Complacency breeds mistakes, and mistakes in this line of work means putting people&#039;s lives and billions of dollars (not to mention multiple years, sometimes even decades) of work at risk.</description>
