I have to admit that sometimes, it gets a bit "old" hearing the same message over and over, but at the same time, it's refreshing to know that the management is not being distracted and expects the "worker bees" to follow their example. Complacency breeds mistakes, and mistakes in this line of work means putting people's lives and billions of dollars (not to mention multiple years, sometimes even decades) of work at risk. I agree.
