		<description>Great post!

I am interested in learning more about:

&quot;I then started thinking about how we got to that vision. It was hard. Lots of long nights, frustration, arguments and running around in circles until one day it finally clicked. What are wonderful mentors were trying to get us to do was open our minds, erase the boundaries and think outside the box. Why was this seemingly easy concept so difficult? We are all trained in a system of rules, boundaries, goals, processes, etc. ....&quot;

I have been teaching myself how to think creatively for over a decade now, as an individual. In the past I have had success with creative thinking in small groups, but I have minimal experience getting a large groups (with different perspectives and different mind blocks) to think outside the box. How does that work? It has to be very interesting.
