\\ Jessy Cowan-Sharp is a co-founder of NASA CoLab, and is interested in using graphical environments (such as virtual worlds) as a platform for data visualization, manipulation and analysis. She works at NASA Ames Research Center, and was the main organizer for Yuri’s Night Bay Area 2007. She is also an architect for Yuri’s Night Bay Area 2008.

\\ Jessica Culler currently works in the Small Spacecraft Division at NASA Ames Research Center. She has a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and has worked at NASA in (and managing) internships every year since she was 20 at Johnson, Ames, Marshall, and Glenn. She’s currently devoting some of her time toward NASA CoLab and believes strongly in the power of collaboration and inclusion that it represents. She’s also Deputy Project Manager of the NASA Ames Bay Area Yuri’s Night party, which is expecting 8,000 people (mostly 18-35) for a 12-hour celebration of space, art, science, and music. Space exploration is her passion.

\\ Garret Fitzpatrick is a Shuttle Crew Escape Engineer at NASA Johnson Space Center. He is the lead cooling system engineer for Shuttle astronaut cooling and the hardware manager for the International Space Station Portable Breathing Apparatus. He is also a writer and is working on strategic communications at JSC.

\\ Andrew Hoppin helps manage the NASA CoLab project at NASA Ames Research Center, which aims to increase efficiency and transparency at NASA by building new partnerships between NASA and external communities of practice such as the entrepreneurial technology community, the global open-source software movement, and constituents in the virtual world of Second Life. In the rest of his life, he is an Internet strategy consultant for non-profit organizations and political campaigns. He also blogs at GlobeHoppin.com.

\\ Rivers Lamb works in the Flight Dynamics Analysis Branch at NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, MD. He has wanted to work for NASA for as long as he can remember, and graduated from Virginia Tech with a BS in Aerospace Engineering. He is currently the Flight Dynamics Ground System Lead for the Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter (LRO), scheduled to launch in October 2008.

\\ Isaac Mensah is an ISS robotics instructor for United Space Alliance at Johnson Space Center. A former NASA co-op and intern, Isaac has actively worked towards a career in space for as long as he can remember. With a bachelors degree in mathematics from Jackson State University in Mississippi, Isaac is now responsible for the training of crews and flight controlers on the various robotic architectures onboard the International Space Station.

\\ Christopher L. Nelson is a project manager for Shuttle tile repair tools and EVA tools and crew equipment. He utilizes an open, “flat” philosophy in the management of his projects at NASA Johnson Space Center and sees the direct benefit of this model. He is striving to develop an implementation plan for all the great ideas flowing from tools such as this and allows his projects to serve as a test bed for these collaborative concepts.

\\ Delia Santiago is Project Coordinator for NASA CoLab at Ames Research Center.  She has a background in Biology and Mars Climate, and spends her days developing public partnerships, working with internal NASA collaborators, and working with new technologies to enable public participation in the space program.

\\ Robbie Schingler is working to institutionalize Small Spacecraft within NASA at NASA Ames Research Center, and is currently working on the proposed mission called Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite (TESS).

\\ Nicholas Skytland is working to open standards and requirements development at NASA Johnson Space Center. He has a bachelors of science in mechanical engineering from Valparaiso University and a masters in space studies from the International Space University. Currently, he’s the project manager of the EVA Physiology, Systems, and Performance Project (EPSP).
